TASTING EYE: Golden color, clear and bright. NOSE: Pronounced and complex, slightly milky, with floral and slightly mineral notes, followed by honey and a hint of fresh apricot. PALATE: Gourmet and elegant, with slightly exotic notes of dried mango. Discreet touches of citrus zest add acidity. The finish is precise, balanced and long, with a lovely freshness. -
TASTING EYE: Clear, bright pale gold. NOSE: Gradual opening with floral and spicy notes marked by a hint of Ceylon black tea. Slight noble reduction. There's also pear and a hint of vanilla. PALATE: Progressive with a certain complexity that attracts. Lots of freshness, strong personality and elegance with Burgundian aromas of peach, lime blossom and limestone. The finish is still marked by a strong mentholated freshness. -

TASTING EYE: Intense gold with yellow highlights, clear and brilliant NOSE: Expressive, bewitching nose with a mineral base, floral notes and a hint of vanilla. PALATE: Beautiful balance between freshness and roundness. There's a lovely minerality, but also acidity and fruit! Long finish. -
TASTING EYE: Gold with beautiful yellow teardrops NOSE: Fresh, well-defined, with lightly smoky aromas followed by pear and even caramel notes. PALATE: Fresh, very greedy attack with grilled aromas. Beautiful power and harmony on limestone, mango, orange and menthol. Its sweetness goes very well with a fine Epoisses! -

Then, mineral and menthol notes complete this concentrated nose! PALATE: Full-bodied attack. Plenty of volume on the palate. The freshness of the terroir balances the concentrated, almost tannic aromas. The finish has plenty of personality and structure.
