• Natural winemaking with a single input: a low dose of So2.
• 6-month alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
• Malolactic fermentation in barrels/mud for several years.
• Bottled with light filtration.
• Untreated corks, selected after batch tasting.

TASTING

EYE: Pale gold, clear and bright.

NOSE: Expressive on gunflint and citrus. Notes of white flowers and pear in syrup

PALATE: Beautiful tension, lively and fresh, underlined by this minerality. Aromas of white flowers, citrus and pineapple with a hint of menthol. Lovely lemony finish.
