Until 1950, the winegrowers who worked on the estate lived in these houses. At the time, 50 hectares were planted with vines, which required a lot of manpower. There were 6 houses, which we tastefully refurbished and added the necessary modern comforts. These houses stand alongside a millstream, the Natouze, which holds back water to power the mill. They form a group of 5 gîtes that can be rented individually or together:
Chardonnay, 3-bedroom gîte; Montrachet, 3-bedroom gîte; Montagny, 1-bedroom gîte; Avoueries-Chassagne, 5-bedroom gîte.
To this ensemble must be added a beautiful games room opening directly onto the inner courtyard and the Natouze.
The rental price for all the Maisons Vigneronnes is €2,280 for 2 nights and 30 people. Final cleaning and extra beds are extra.
Gîte Chardonnay
The oldest of the Gites, the Gites Chardonnay sleeps 8.
It has two floors.
One floor with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom and a kitchen.
Gîte Montrachet
This two-storey gite sleeps 6.
Gîte Montagny
Sleeping three, this gite is perfect for a couple with a child or significant other.
Gîte Avoueries-Chassagne
With a large living area and five bedrooms, the Gite can accommodate 10 people.
