TASTING (UFO = Unidentified Wine Object) EYE: Pale gold with green highlights. Clear and brilliant. NOSE: Complex. Slight notes of noble reduction. Exotic, yellow-fruit aromas. Then, mineral and menthol notes complete this concentrated nose! PALATE: Full-bodied attack. Plenty of volume on the palate. The freshness of the terroir balances the concentrated, almost tannic aromas. The finish has plenty of personality and structure. -
TASTING EYE: Pale gold, limpid, brilliant, slight green highlights. NOSE: Very fine, with greedy floral notes and a beautiful minerality. Menthol freshness, typical of this terroir, then appears. PALATE: The attack is fresh and refined, with subtle balance. Smoky aromas of gunflint and apricot. The finish is fine, fresh and very salivating.
