Grape variety: 100% Gamay, red color, Burgundy region in France, alcohol 15%, capacity 75cl. Elaboration: Third year of conversion to organic farming, manual harvest, ploughing throughout. Half the volume is pressed with a 24-hour maceration, and the other half is destemmed by hand. Aged for 20 months in oak barrels. Tasting notes: Bright garnet-red eye, expressive nose with notes of kirsch, almond and prune, fresh, gourmet palate with aromas of red fruit, almond and fig, long, fresh finish. Serving temperature between 10 and 12 degrees, ready to drink.
