Les Cailloux” crémant is the estate’s surprise, a single-vineyard, traditional-method vintage crémant with zero dosage.
TASTING
EYE: Attractive, sparkling golden color, numerous fine bubbles.
NOSE: Pronounced and delicate. Viney, with notes of apple, slightly vanilla. White flowers and passion fruit aromas.
PALATE: Very fine, lively bubbles. A subtle balance between freshness and softness, elegant and light. A hint of fleur de sel and exotic aromas. The particularly long fermentation gives it a yeasty, almost milky character.
This crémant is almost a wine, so close is it to being a wine.
Discreetly woody, this crémant goes perfectly with pan-fried scallops, lobster, langoustine or to accompany your gourmet holiday desserts.
